Give your buyers another reason to get excited about your homes and/or communities!

The demand for homes to provide high-tech services has greatly outpaced the number of homes being built to handle those services.

Consider the following:

The Electronic House Expo promotes the $15 billion "connected home" industry.

Every tech category showed an increase in new homes built in 2005 vs. 2004, with the exception of structured wiring. Multi-room audio jumped to 15 percent penetration from 12 percent; home theater rose to 10.8 percent from 7.9 percent; lighting control nearly tripled from 2.4 percent to 7.1 percent; and home automation nearly quadrupled from 1.5 percent penetration to 5.8 percent.

The worldwide Managed Security Services market is expected to rise from $1.6 billion in 2002 to $5.9 billion in 2007 (270% increase) with managed security monitoring becoming the biggest piece at $2.5 billion.

By 2007, installed home networks in the U.S. & Canada will increase 204% to 28 million homes.
